Savior of the World
I have heard that you believe that Jesus was elected in a heavenly council by God to be the savior of Earth, and that Lucifer was his brother before he became the devil. And it was for that reason that Lucifer became jelous and rebelled againt God and was banished to the Earth. Is this true? If not, what are your beliefs?

Well, I'm not a Mormon and I
Well, I'm not a Mormon and I may not be that intellegent of wise because I'm only 15 so bare with me if I don't use the correct spelling or big ebough words or whatever... I'm simply on here to figure out whats the difference between my religion and Mormonism... I'm Pentecostal, but I don't have to wear a skirt or keep my hair really long or anything... I believe that the devil was just an angel, and angel that thought he was so beautiful and so full of vanity that God sent him down to earth, because he wasn't praised like he should have been for all his glory because the devil was just full of himself... so that's how I heard it... and I believe in trinity, I'm not sure if mormons do... I've heard it was a cult, but they worship Jesus so maybe they aren't that different from me... I want to knonw if they do believe in trinity, that's that God sent his spirit down to be in what is Jesus Christ... see I didn't understand how God and Jesus could be the same people but they are and they are still father and son... so if mormons don't believe in trinity I was trying to explain it in my best ability...
I'm sorry if I affended anyone in anyway, I'm just speaking my mind, about our Heavily Father...

These doctrines are not Christian, my friend...Why doesn't your Church distribute movies on these topics like the nice ones I see commercials for on TV???
What we believe about the
What we believe about the trinity is diffrent than most religons. We believe that Jesus Christ is literally the Son of GOD. That HIM and THE FATHER are indeed seperate beings.That CHRIST came to Earth to give HIS life so that the world might live with GOD.This is also where the belief that CHRIST and Lucifer are spirit brothers. We believe that we are all born and created by THE FATHER as HIS sons and daughters.We believe that CHRIST was the FIRST BORN of THE FATHER in the spirit and THE ONLY BEGOTTEN IN THE FLESH.
As I said, why don't Mormons
As I said, why don't Mormons openly tell people these things? Why do they have such nice movies about Jesus, and try SO hard to persuade Christians that their belief in Christ is the same. But in reality, they are not the same at all? The Church of LDS proclaims to be the restored church of Christ and all other Churches are misguided and heretical, but you just admitted to a doctrine which is contradictory to Christ and to believing otherwise than the traditional belief of the Holy Trinity. Where is the misguidance and heresy?
Not everyone is blind and so uneducated about their own faith and that of others!
I think that the LDS church should realize this for and about themselves before making 'claims' on what Christ, who is the one and only GOD, established in His New and Everlasting Covenant (The New Testament).
