Race of Cain
Wasn't the race of Cain completely killed in the flood, seeing as Noah and family were descendents of Seth, not Cain?
The Racist discussion between some of you really doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Any other group of people couldn't be responsible for Cain's sin, no matter what Brigham Young may have said, because his seed died out a long time ago.
Right?

Actually the race of Cain was carried out through the Great Flood because Ham wife was from the land of Canaan which is where it is noted that Cain and his followers went.
Regardless. The Bible's desrciption of the happenings of nearly 2500 years (Adam to Moses) is quite sparse. In fact, it only a small portion of the entire Bible that describes these years. Therefore, in th absence of information how do you describe the notion of Melchisidec ( the one Abraham paid tithes to-who was greater than Abraham)? Also, why don't we have the words of Elias, Elijah and Enoch, other prophets written about in the old and new testaments?

Thanks Brother 210,
I was just curious to know why you and the other guy kept running around in circles about what Brigham Young said. You can never prove him wrong, just as he can never prove you wrong.
And why did you ask me about Melchezedek? Hey, not everyone's against you.

Casual Observer,
Pardon the knee jerk reaction. However, soft presentations in here get slammed. As for proving false or proving true gospel principles, I gave up on that in these forums because I began to spend a great deal of time and got nowhere. So your right. Nobody receives any wisdom in these virtual forums on the topic of religion.
I saw an equation in your question that seemed to be open for the input. That is the reason I responeded. Additionally, I may respond on something so narrow and self promoting that I feel a need to respond.

NO matter what they say, just remember that the Mormon president Brigham YOung himself said that the black man is a demon. ANd Brigham YOung was and still is considered a prophet of GOd. Keep these points in mind.
