Can you please show me one coin from any of your civilizations in the BOM....

The Bible has been proven time and time again....

How about some weapons, cities, some proof validated by someone else than the mormon church...National Geographic, Smithsonian, Discovery Channel, someone who accidently found a site that has no claim to it..your talking about millions of people to have vanished...where is the proof

Just one coin....

Well all you need is the

Well all you need is the living proof, And the living proof is right in fron tof your eyes. as you will or may not have noticed, the race refered to as the Lamenites are now living today as the American Indians, living relics so to speak, of a past plagued with sin, a race so detitute and sorry that everything that they had that was good in there life was taken away from them and they degraded into tent dwellers, that to this day have no recollection of the Great God Jehova who came to visit them and proclaim to them his everlasting gospel, they had been so wicked that they have been denied the one thing that brought light and peace into their lives, The knowledge of God. To say there is no proof is not only false, but you are also living through ignorant eyes, search your heart and read the Book of Mormon, and the Bible passages that relate to the Lords other sheep, and pray unto the almighty God and ask if these things are true, and with the power of the Spirit and the willingness of a broken heart and contrite spirit you to can have a knowledge that will bring peace to heart and everyday life.

Ohhhhhhhh...that makes

Ohhhhhhhh...that makes sense...they built great cities and traded with coins and had all sorts of weapons..that is why it was so hard for the earlier settlers to conquer them...

Plus what about the claim that was the cities down in Mesoamerica...which some of your links have proven to be different civilizations with no hebrew lanquage and such a variety of lanquages....And the mongloid descent...

I see your explaination just proves your point...you have no proof...Even the links posted on this page say that the mining and steel might be older than thought...but only at the 1400's...I am sure that the Indians would have kept records of such an event also...I wonder how they would feel knowing that the mormons are claiming them as the laminites...probably just like the jews upset that the mormons are baptizing the dead jews.....

Actually, these discussions

Actually, these discussions are a little bit pointless. Archaeological Evidence doesn't prove or disprove historical records. Your contention that the Bible has been proven time and again is somewhat of an exaggeration. I'll go into this in more detail later in this post, but I want to make a point here. What would you do if I actually sent you to a picture of a Nephite coin? Would it even make any difference? Realistically, probably not. Things like that have heppened with other subjects, with people smarter than you and I are, and it didn't even make a difference. There were other arguements to make, and other opinions to debate. I considered making a list of evidence that the Book of Mormon IS genuine. What about Chiasmus, computer word prints, Middle Eastern Horticulture, Guerilla Warfare, and other things that are depicted flawlessly in the Book of Mormon, despite the almost obvious observation that Joseph Smith couldn't have known anything about them? But people smarter than I am have made these points already, and people smarter than you are have dismissed them with various methods. Bottom line is you LIKE to think the Book of Mormon is a fake, and you like thinking that lack of Archaeological evidence proves it. I LIKE the fact that I believe it is true, and I get a big kick out of knowing that it has an amazingly accurate depiction of the life cycle of a Guerilla force, despite the fact that Guerilla Warfare wasn't analyzed as a science (or at least written about) until a century later.

Certainly there has been some evidence dug up that coincides with things the Bible says. Same with the Book of Mormon. Still, there are things the Bible says that have NOT been found, or that Archeological finds seem to contradict, or at least are very fuzzy about. You mentioned steel in the Book of Mormon? How about the steel mentioned in Samuel, Job, Psalms, and Jeremiah? Where is the Garden of Eden? Or Mount Sinai? Anything that has to do with Abraham? How about Joseph in Egypt? How about the huge camp of Israelites departing Egypt and camping in the wilderness for 40 years? There's nothing.

Here's a quote I found interesting:
The Huns of Central Asia and Eastern Europe were a nomadic people for whom horses represented both a major form of wealth and the basis of their military power. Estimates are that each Hun warrior may have had has many as ten horses. Nonetheless, "To quote S. Bokonyi, a foremost authority on the subject, 'We know very little of the Huns' horses. It is interesting that not a single usable horse bone has been found in the territory of the whole empire of the Huns.' " During the two centuries of their domination of the western steppe, the Huns must have had hundreds of thousands of horses.

You would believe the Huns didn't exist, just because nobody has found a horse bone? Just one bone?

But in contrast we know that

But in contrast we know that the Huns existed because we have other proof.

The Garden of Eden...Destroyed with the flood...

There is a good book that I have been reading it is called the GOLD of EXODUS...Read that book about Mt. Sinai

I think as we find more and more ruins your proof of the BOM is failing...

Even that site that you posted the Nepi commitie or whatever has proven that the middle east is there...wow that is amazing..after six years they have proven that the middle east is there...how come they are not here trying to find the lost cities of the BOM here in america......If you know the BOM is true and these huge societies were here than there should be proof...there is historic proof that the HUNS were here...

The cities in meso america were heathen praising idols and sacrifices and unknown languages that have no hebrew or egyptian origin in them....So claiming those cities claim that the neaphites or laminites were idol worshiping and not One God fearing people...I find that interesting....Don't you.

I am interested in knowing

I am interested in knowing more about this Guerilla force where is this found.....

The steel in the bible can be proven through mines and mining in the olden times changing over from different times....

But the BOM claims it happened here where there is no proof....That is why it is questioned...Not just one or two weapons but thousands and millions..that also disappeared.

If there is no trace of the

If there is no trace of the existence of these legendary people here in the Americas, it is obvious that this great civilization did not exist. No historian ever remarked on these people here. There are a lot of artifacts and places that are being discovered, which have relation to the Holy Bible, but not one to support the BOM...

We hear about the plates, no longer on Earth. We hear that the Indians had forgotten God, yet they built temples for new and exotic gods, and left no record of the "God", which apparently visited them and vanished into nowhere. Perhaps, when the Mormon-Jesus 'vanished' from the Americas he took along everything and everyone with him that could identify his presence there today...Because now there is only one book that defends these theories, written by a man who called himself the prophet who accomplished more than Christ Himself!
